Stratodesk, the pioneer of secure endpoint OS for modern workspaces, is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Austin, as Vice President of Global Channels, and Bill Chappell, as Director of Solutions Enablement. To meet Stratodesk's global growth ambitions, Austin and Chappell will play an integral part in expanding Stratodesk's fast-growing Edge channel program and enhancing the experience of all strategic technology and reseller partners.

The Stratodesk Edge Partner Program provides benefits, sales incentives, and sales and marketing resources designed to create new opportunities and recurring revenue streams for all channel partners. In addition, Stratodesk channel partners benefit from tailored sales training and certifications as well as exceptional technical support that enable them to offer their valued Stratodesk knowledge and expertise to customers and end users.

"As an equally customer-driven as well as partner-driven company, we want to strengthen our commitment to our Global Channel Partners even further," says Steve Thompson, Chief Revenue Officer at Stratodesk. "Paul's strong leadership skills and his knowledge within global sales channel strategy will help us meet our ambitious goals to accelerate our business and help our partners sell Stratodesk's most advanced, secure endpoint OS and endpoint management solution to their customers with real partner incentives and benefits. Bill brings his extraordinary hands-on, end-user-computing (EUC) expertise to Stratodesk and he will support, train and educate our steadily growing base of partners to ensure best business outcomes and continuous program improvement. We are very pleased to have both on board."

A creative and thoughtful leader, Paul Austin is a veteran of the IT industry, with nearly 30 years of IT experience, and a genuine passion for how technology can empower human progress. Prior to Stratodesk, Austin has held channel leadership roles at Dell, Teradici and HP, Inc. Austin led the global channel organization at Teradici during its acquisition and integration by HP, Inc. and was notably responsible for the launch and growth of Teradici's (later, HP's) MSP and SaaS partner business.

"In order to have great partners, you have to be a great partner," said Paul Austin, VP of Global Channels. "We accomplish this by understanding and anticipating the needs of their business.  Stratodesk provides real value for the channel with a self-funded program that means greater partner margin and a host of other innovations and benefits. We recognize and value our partner's time and provide them with the ability to self-manage their business through the efficiencies our partner portal provides, including self-registry of deals, managing their organization's enablement journey, requesting funding of campaigns and events, and so much more!"

Bill Chappell brings over 25 years in the virtual desktop and remote work solutions space to the table, and in his several roles as a channel partner and Citrix instructor, he has worked to provide best-in-class channel solution enablement programs. Early in his career, Chappell worked on some of the early deployments of Unix workstations, developing his core interest in Stratodesk-like solutions. He currently holds Citrix and Microsoft AVD certifications, and looks forward to spreading the word about Stratodesk's innovative, secure OS and management solutions.

"I look forward to helping, supporting and educating current and future Stratodesk partners and customers," says Bill Chappell, Director of Solutions Enablement. "My aim is to provide all partners with tailored training resources and tools they need to become a trusted expert in Stratodesk themselves and to offer Stratodesk's most innovative, flexible and secure endpoint solution to customers."
